Custom Hiking programs

Custom private Hiking, Backpacking, Wilderness Survival or Navigation programs. We will work directly with you in advance of all Custom programs to build the best possible program for your adventure!

Booking Conditions

• Costs include guides/instructors services & pre-trip organization and consulting
• Final dates will only be confirmed upon full payment in advance
• All costs are based on the numbers of participants booked in advance
• All participants must sign a Waiver and Medical Release form in advance
• Minors (youth under the age of 19 years old) are allowed to join with Parent/Guardian approval. Minors under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a Parent/Guardian, or authorized adult such as a teacher in a school program, adult sibling or family member, etc.
• Cancellation policies for all Custom Programs are determined on a case-by-case basis and will be determined based on the nature and timing of your program.
• Weather conditions will affect some Custom programs but not all. Please discuss the bad-weather options with our office in advance of booking.
• Custom programs costs are not eligible for any discount or promo codes
• GST is applied to all prices

Equipment

Each Custom Hiking program or activity will have different equipment requirements; please review the equipment needs with our staff in advance of your custom program.
