We are very excited to announce the Canada West Mountain School “Virtual Classroom” will be launched in November! Our newly developed E-Learning site will support our robust offerings of practical, field-based courses and guided trips!

The new Virtual Classroom will be a key component of every Canada West Mountain School program and course offering. This exclusive E-Learning platform will provide you with the highest level of support for your educational courses (such as AST and Wilderness First Aid) as well as preparing for trips and programs of any nature. Core skills, pre-requisite learning and pre-trip logistics will be conducted through our virtual classroom. This will provide you with an opportunity to engage with our Instructors, Guides and Staff on a 1:1 basis to ensure you receive the best (and safest) instruction and guidance possible. Easy to access, the Virtual Classroom will host a comprehensive selection of reference and support materials, in addition to cutting edge learning and course offerings supported by a wealth of resources.

The full Virtual Classroom experience will be available in mid-November. In the meantime, be sure to check out all our Winter 2020-21 course and programs on the Canada West Mountain School website. Many of our courses are already nearing capacity, so do not wait long to register!
