Private Guided Ice Climbing (maximum 4 climbers per Guide)

• 1:1 Guide/Climber ratio: $700/person per day
• 1:2 Guide/Climber ratio: $375/person per day
• 1:3 Guide/Climber ratio: $250/person per day
• 1:4 Guide/Climber ratio: $200/person per day

Costs above include all technical Ice Climbing and safety equipment (excluding boots and crampons); and, avalanche safety equipment if required. Rates are based on programs offered in the Sea to Sky region of SW British Columbia; other locations may have additional costs. For group sizes larger than 4 people, please contact our office directly.

Cost does not include the following costs for participants and/or Guides:
• transportation to/from climbing areas
• lift access fees (if applicable)
• accommodation if required
• food and snacks
• personal clothing and boots/crampons are the responsibility of each participant

Note on Boots and Crampons:
Everyone requires proper mountaineering or technical ice-climbing boots. Canada West Mountain School does not provide boot rentals; be aware that rentals are hard to secure at this point. Crampons need to be suitable for technical ice climbing and there are a few options for crampon rentals options, based on size and boot style.

Whether you are looking to push your Waterfall Ice Climbing grades a bit or are new to Ice Climbing, we can put together the ideal program for you! You book your own dates, you tell us what type of ice climb you want to accomplish, and we will choose climbing routes matched to your ability.
